How can Tafwyl film in the castle during lock-down? Of course, throughout the planning period safety has been our top priority, and we have fully complied with Government rules and restrictions in co-operation with the government’s events department and Cardiff Council. Strict guidance will be in place for everyone working and performing inside the castle to ensure social distancing measures are adhered to, in addition to this we will have a dedicated health and safety team and cleaning team on site who will sanitise equipment on stage between bands and will be regularly cleaning identified touch points and surfaces.
